About 600 men, women and children put on the wool uniforms of the Confederacy and the Union this past weekend to face off on a battlefield about three football fields long. They re-created the meeting of 5,500 Union men and 5,200 Confederates in the Battle of Olustee, which ended in a decisive Confederate victory. The event is in its 36th year. •
