Renovated home will tell Elmira's story

An Elmira, N.Y., home used during the Civil War is getting a 21^st-century touch-up. The Foster House on West Water Street will undergo some major renovations. The Friends of the Elmira Civil War Prison Camp teamed up with the building's owner to mix history with function. The ground floor will be dedicated to Civil War research.
