Vessel becomes part of 'shipwreck park'

The USS Narcissus, which saw service during the Civil War before going down in a storm in 1866 off Tampa, Fla., has been nominated to become Florida's 12th "shipwreck park,"  according to a proposal from the state archaeological research bureau.
