Gettysburg is known as a place to go and learn about the Civil War, but a West York man can also show and tell you a lot about its history. Phares Barnhill, of West York, Pa., a 62-year-old retiree, is surrounded by Civil War items he has collected through the years. One of the bullets is a Williams Type I Cleaner bullet, manufactured in 1861, and used to clean out guns. •
